Professional Derma Roller

Derma rollers have small titanium needles that puncture the skin, and trick the body to believing that the skin has been wounded. This increases the skins production of collagen and elastin, which over time heals scarring and imperfections on the face and body.

What can Derma Rollers do?

- Derma rollers can reduce surgical scarring, and also deep acne scarring.
Proven to diminish Cellulite, Stretch Marks and Large Pores.
- Smoothens uneven skin texture, uneven skin colouration (pigmentation), and heavy pitted skin.
- Can stimulate hair to keep its thickness when used on the scalp and helps with thinning and balding hair areas.
- The stimulation of elastin and collagen can thicken skin, and diminish deep or fine lines and wrinkles.
- Cost effective: One derma roller session can start from £175.
- Increases absorption of serums and creams.
- Pain free treatment.

Each Derma Active Roller has 540 fine titanium needles and comes with a standard length needle size 0.3mm head which is good for home and professional use.

The different size heads are available and are sold separately, they come in sizes:  0.5mm 1.0mm 1.5mm 2.0mm.

Recommended for Home Use: 0.3mm and 0.5mm only.

0.75mm - 1.00mm - For Clinical use
1.50mm - 3.00mm - For Professional use

Derma roller disinfectant is recommended, to stop the spread of infection once rolled on the skin.

How to use:
  • Disinfect with boiling water, or skin disinfectant. We recommend our Derma roller disinfectant spray for this.

  • If disinfecting with Derma roller disinfectant spray, spray generously all over the derma head before use. Wait for 10 minutes for the spray to dry. Spray thoroughly after use as well. If disinfecting with boiling water, or disinfectant, leave for 30 minutes to soak in the disinfectant, before use and after use.

  • Roll over the skin gently, apply slight pressure on areas that need more treatment. If blood draws from the skin, immediately stop the procedure, as too much pressure can make time for healing much longer.
